I was cleaning up the Cool Daddio Productions international headquarters and had to drag out the ancient Polaroid Land Automatic 100 Camera. It had one 669 photo left hence the color photo and then I had this notion about some clever play on the analog version of 'converting' to black and white so I put in a pack of 3200 Iso 107 film that expired in 1994. Well it took all eight shots in the pack just to get the development time correct. Back when the film was new that should have been 20 seconds but as you can see about 1000% increase in development time is about right. I had new respect for those intrepid photo explorers like Micki, Otto Kitchens and the Basher of Haggis who insist on using things like Yugoslavian hand rolled 120 flood damaged expired in 1967 film ;-) |
